Reconnect. Release. Renew.
This two-hour healing workshop invites women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the parts within that may have been forgotten, wounded, or pushed aside. Through breathwork, guided meditation, mindful yoga, and inner child work, participants will be supported in reconnecting with their younger self while releasing emotions, experiences, and patterns that are no longer serving them.
During the workshop, women will be invited to connect with their inner child — the part of the self that may still carry unmet needs, attachment wounds, or old emotional pain — while also strengthening their inner champion, the nurturing and protective part within that supports growth, confidence, and self-compassion. This process encourages participants to meet themselves with kindness, curiosity, and acceptance.
Each woman’s experience is unique, and the workshop is designed to honor whatever arises. With supportive guidance throughout, participants will have the opportunity to release stored emotions, shift old patterns, and create space for greater self-trust, authenticity, and emotional freedom.
This workshop is facilitated by Registered Psychologists Jen Benson and Tessa Lawlor, who bring a warm, compassionate, and engaging approach to their work. Together, they create an environment where women feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow. Their workshops combine clinical knowledge, practical tools, and experiential healing practices to make deep emotional work feel accessible, empowering, and transformative.
This event is open to women at any stage of their healing journey, whether they are just beginning to explore their inner world or looking to deepen their connection with themselves. Participants are invited to come as they are and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to the parts of themselves that are ready to heal.
