Solution-Focused Therapy

Solution-Focused Therapy is a goal-oriented approach that emphasizes clients' strengths and resources. Rather than focusing on problems, it helps individuals envision their preferred future and identify practical steps to get there, often leading to quicker, empowering results.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a research-supported therapy designed to help people heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. It uses bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements, to help the brain reprocess painful memories and reduce emotional intensity.

Play and Art Therapy uses creative expression to help children and teens explore feelings, process experiences, and build coping skills. These therapies provide a safe, nonverbal way to access emotions and support healing and development.
